The LEGO Kid Builds Working LEGO Farm Equipment Models

When it comes to building working replicas out of LEGO, Warren Seely is probably in a class by himself. The home schooled young man, enrolled in college courses at 15 years old, spends his time not building models on his parent's farm. Warren is planning to become an electrical engineer, and from the looks of it he is already off to a great start.

World Tallest Lego Tower

When Johnny was young, he was determined to build a Lego tower to the ceiling.  When Johnny did that, his parents were amazed.  When Johnny got older, he said he was going to build a Lego tower to the top of the house.  When Johnny did that, his  parents were amazed.  When Jonny was in college, he told his parents he was going to build a Lego tower to the top floor of the dorm.  When he did that, his parents were amazed.  Recently Johnny told his parent he was going to build a Lego tower to the moon.  After accidently driving by the tower pictured his parents have not been heard from.

You are looking at the largest Lego tower in history (Johnny would have been proud). Standing just under 100 ft, it incorporates 500,000 Lego blocks and is a contender for the new world record, beating the old record by more than 3 ft. (There are more of these things?)  Due to the height and winds guy wires were used to stabilize the structure, and it took a fairly large crane to put the last blocks in place.  But there is a method to the madness – this is done to commemorate the 50th anniversary of LEGO.
