The Handy Spoon Scale

I have always been a sucker for really cool kitchen gadgets, maybe in the false hope that they would lead to eventually learning to actually cook.  In the cool but logical gadget category we have the Spoon Scale, a spoon which really measures up.  Digitally.

The Spoon Scale can measure down to .005 oz (0.1g), up to 10.5 oz (300g), and is switchable between units.  This is perfect for measuring those specific recipes, and it works with solids and liquids alike.  Now if only I could figure out what to do with the ingredient after the measuring...
