Does the world need another Segway? In a very real way, the Segway has reached its tiny niche, and future expansion of it into the masses is in serious doubt. But Toyota must see something ahead, since they have created a very Segway-like line of human transporters.
The Toyota Winglet comes in three models. The largest sports handlebars and two wheels, and at first glimpse it looks very much like a Segway. The smallest is pretty much a moving platform that you step on and away you go. Check out the video for more information.
Of course, I am disappointed in that there is not a off road version for the sports enthusiasts, but maybe Honda will get in the game and give us a fun one.
