VGChartz has some evidence that lends itself quite well to a future XBox Arcade gaming system being priced at $199.  The picture shows a screen shot from an unknown retailer, and it shows the price dropping on September 7th.   This has not been confirmed as of yet, but so far it bodes well for a sub-$200 price XBox gaming system.
