Augmented Reality Game With Real Hovercraft

As if it wasn't cool enough to have a have a hovering air craft being controlled by an iPhone or iPod Touch via wifi, Parrot ups the game with Augmented Reality for a real challenge.

The hovercraft have mounted cameras that provide the first person experience of being in the craft's cockpit, and the rest is done with computer graphic overlays.  You can fight a friend with virtual rockets or lasers, and you can take on the computer for a game. If you tire of that, you can even fight a virtual robot from the comfort of your augmented cockpit.

A charge will give a game playtime of about 15 minutes, just enough time to beat up on a good friend. Parrot is bringing the setup to market later this year, but there has been no price set as of yet.
