Dictionary_062308

Unichal has revealed the dixau in Korea during the World IT Show 2008.  What is the dixau, you ask? The dixau is a device that incorporates an English dictionary and character recognition in order to provide the user with a simple clickable interface to a dictionary while reading a physical book.  The dixau also provides a native language speaker recording of the word in question, so the user can hear it pronounced as well as getting the definition.

The device can support up to 17 dictionaries when used with an Internet connection. The suggested retail price is expected to be under $100.
