EOS has introduced a wireless speaker system with remote control that is designed to work with an iPod or other portable music players. The speakers have a range of 150 ft from the base station, and you can connect up to four speakers (plus base) in the system.
The base station accepts an iPod or iPhone in the carrier front, but any media player that has a standard headphone out jack can be used by hooking it up in back. However, the remote will not control the playback as it would with an iPod.
The speaker system only needs power to hook up and start working, making installation and repositioning a breeze. The EOS Wireless Speaker system starts at $249 for the base and one wireless speaker.
