It's Friday, so it is time for another Freebie Friday. Today's freebie is good for only today, but here is the scoop – You can go to a participating Krispy Kreme and get a free doughnut as part of the Donut Day 2008 promotion. 

You can check your local Krispy Kreme store to make sure they are participating before the trip.

Today is Friday, so we have another Freebie Friday for you.  This time out we would like to present the Jet Audio player, a versatile alternative for audio and video files.

JetAudio Basic has nice features, including CD ripping, file conversion, synchronized lyrics display, Cross-fading between songs,speed control of audio playback,Internet broadcast creation using JetCast, Reverb, and Wide-sound modes. It even comes with a built in clock and alarm, all within a customizable  interface.

One thing to watch for is that during installation it will prompt to become the default player on your system. Say no until you have a chance to evaluate it, but you may find yourself indeed using it as such.
