We want to share with you both the Why’s and the How’s of our modern world in easy, friendly to read articles. Through our work in Science, Tech, Hack and Culture I hope you will find something that will enlighten, inform, or even entertain you before you leave.
I say this as a lifelong, card carrying Nerd. From building electronics in my youth to years spent writing code, I love what I’ve done and continue to do so. I’ve had the great fortune to have developed applications for everything from missile assembly line systems to specialized software for nuclear devices (which are used in the field for both military and academic applications.) There’s even been a few mobile adventure games along the way.
But through it all, it was the Why’s and How’s that mattered most to my way of thinking, and that’s why this site matters to me. I hope that NerdBeach continues to reflect that insatiable curiosity that drives us all to achieve the dreams of what may be.
