Boomerangs in Space

Now we finally have proof of that age old question – would a boomerang work in space?  The answer is a resounding yes, as the video shows.  Now if only I could get them to return on a more terrestrial setting, I have lost way too many out to sea.

Falx Personal Tilt-Rotor Aircraft

Falx

As I am out walking the surf  I hear something coming down out of the sky, and soon it  lands on the Beach.  As my heart races I rush up to it, and soon realize that it is a small personal aircraft, complete with Tilt-Rotors for takeoff and landing practically anywhere.  Ah, just what I have always wanted.

The Falx “Stalker” weighs in at just under half a ton, complete with hybrid electric technology featuring solar panels and a 100 hp engine. The design itself is very sleek, even sexy as far as personal aricrafts go.  No word yet on the price, but thanks to its hybrid design it can fly for an hour on only 10 liters of fuel.  And that would be one fun hour.
