1952 Barra da Tijuca, Brazil. May 7. Reporters Ed Kessel and Joao Martins, covering a news event for O’Cruzeiro Magazine, saw the object as it flew directly above them. Kessel was able to take five black and photos as it passed by. It was reported that the Brazilian Air Force had found 40 witnesses that confirmed the sighting.
