Beware the Video Game Playing Lizard – It May Beat Your Score!

Video games are played by a lot of people, from the very young to the very old. In fact, it is so popular I have even seen dogs and cats interact with the screen. But up to now I had never seen a lizard play a game. That has all changed now, thanks to the video below. The good news is that the lizard is actually pretty good at it. The bad news is that, no matter how hard he tries, he still doesn't get a snack for his efforts. Still, it shows some mad gaming skills, lizard or not.

Lizard

Lizards are a widespread group of squamate reptiles, with nearly 3800 species, ranging across all continents except Antarctica as well as most oceanic island chains. The group, traditionally recognized as the suborder Lacertilia, is defined as all extant members of the Lepidosauria (reptiles with overlapping scales), which are neither sphenodonts (i.e., tuatara) nor snakes – they form an evolutionary grade.
