Digital photo frames are becoming more popular, and no doubt one reason is that it connects the finished display to the camera without any middle processing wait or cost. But what do you do when Aunt Bessie admires your family photos and wants a copy of junior for her own? But with the Prinic Printing Digital Photo Frame you simply push a button and a new photo is kicked out on the spot.
The frames feature a built in 5×7 photo printer which utilize a 36 picture count paper and ink cartridge that is designed to be extremely easy to replace – no extra ink or paper to worry about. The frames also incorporate memory card slots, easy to use GUI, and a remote control, making it easy to begin using the frames.
While no doubt the simplicity will translate to a higher cost per picture, if the unit and its refills are priced in a reasonable area this could be great for the non-technical picture lovers among us (and handy for the rest). As luck would have it, the Prinics site does not list an exact price as of this writing, so we will have to wait until the product hits the market to know the cost.
