Could the Earth have been much smaller than it is today, and possibly still be growing?
That is the theory being branded by Neal Adams (yes, the comic book artist). His argument starts with the Pangaea theory that a "super continent" where all the continents fit together would not work since it would make the Earth too lopsided to balance.
Instead, the ideal he puts forth is that the Earth was smaller, and the land masses fit to cover the Earth. This would make the land masses actually still in place (unlike floating about like in the Pangaea theory) and simply stretched apart to form the continents.
At this point no one knows for certain, but the video has some compelling evidence. View it, and form your own opinion. At least until the verdict officially comes in and we can find incontrovertible proof.
