While the UK has everyone’s favorite Time Lord, Dr. Who, America has their own Time Lord. His name is Dr. Judah Levine, and he was one of a group that developed the atomic clocks that make up the time standard everyone today adheres to.
This down to earth Time Lord spends his days at NIST (National Institute of Standard and Technology), making sure that things are, naturally, on time. But, ironically enough, he doesn’t wear a watch. Watch the video to find out why.
