There is something about this piece of art furniture that looks comfortable. The Lounge Landscape is ergonomically designed to take the stress out of sore back muscles, and from the looks of it I can almost believe that it would work. If nothing else, there are certainly a lot of positions to try in which to get comfortable. Unfortunately, I have the feeling that an instruction manual does not come with the finished product, so you would be on your own to experiment and see what works best.
